She's one of the 16 contestants on the next edition of The Celebrity Apprentice. She's up against La Toya Jackson, Star Jones, NeNe Leakes, Marlee Matlin, Lisa Rinna, Niki Taylor, Dionne Warwick, Gary Busey, Jose Canseco, David Cassidy, Richard Hatch, Lil Jon, Meat Loaf, Mark McGrath and John Rich.
"I am really excited about being on the show. People have no idea who I really am. I think when people see me from a distance they think I must not be very smart because I was in Playboy or I am not very down to earth," Dworaczyk (pronounced "dor-ah-sik") says.
"I have this job where I play dress-up, but there's another side to me."
She's already showing some smarts. She picked the brains of former players for a game strategy: Keep quiet, don't get close to the other players and stay out of the way when players clash.
Dworaczyk, the youngest in the group at 26, was a little starstruck at first. She watched some of the contestants on TV or listened to them on the radio while growing up in Texas.
She says host Donald Trump is intimidating and Busey is great fun.
The Oscar-nominated actor told her they knew each other 35,000 years ago.
She's worked as a model, spokeswoman and TV host. In tonight's season opener, Dworaczyk finds herself behind a counter cooking and serving pizzas.
The team that raises the most money wins.
"I don't really cook because it's hard to cook for one person. It was really hard work and I now have more respect for people who do that for a living," she says.
In the past few years, Dworaczyk has shifted from modeling to hosting a fashion show on Canadian TV and acting in a movie with Eva Longoria.
For her, Celebrity Apprentice was a smart way to keep the transition going.
"What I like about it is that it's not a show about my personal life. I'd never do one of those dating shows.
With Apprentice, I get to show my business side and get to be creative," Dworaczyk says.
And, she gets to play for a very important cause: Best Buddies, an organisation that creates one-to-one friendships and employment for people with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
Being on Celebrity Apprentice is the latest accomplishment for Dworaczyk.
Since age 16, she's modeled for designers such as Balenciaga, Versace, Robert Rodriguez, Lana Fuchs, Miss Sixty and Leila Rose.
She's the official spokesmodel of Tees by Tina. In 2010, she was named Playboy's Playmate of the Year.
Not bad for a Texas native who was certain she would grow up to be a dentist.
"Then I grew to 5-10 and everything changed," she says.
And with Celebrity Apprentice, Dworaczyk hopes people will see there's a smart head on those tall shoulders.
• The Celebrity Apprentice premieres tonight at 8.30pm on TV2.
