Swift today announced dates including America, Europe and Australia to promote her new album, 1989.
After dominating New Zealand and Australian charts with her hit Shake It Off, the prolific 24-year-old American singer-songwriter announced she would tour Australia in December next year.
It's a shock that New Zealand has been left off the tour announcement, especially the considering singer's friendship with our own Kiwi pop star Lorde.
The Shake It Off hitmaker last performed in New Zealand in November last year, selling out three nights at Auckland's Vector Arena.
Swift said her Australian concert dates will come at the end of a worldwide tour that begins in Louisiana on May 20, will go throughout North America, then Germany, The Netherlands, Scotland and England before heading down under.
The dates and locations for the Australian leg were not revealed, but the singer said they would be in December, 2015.
Kiwi fans will be crossing their fingers that New Zealand dates will be announced at a later stage.
