Great story of team-building and pig-hunting

Andy Lyver is an enthusiast.

She wrote her first book about taking up deerstalking and the wonderful new world the experience opened to her.

It was a beaut read and so is this one.

She was working in an outdoor store a few years ago when a woman previously unknown to her, came in to find a home for two pig-dog pups, and Andy's world changed again.

This is a book more about the dogs: building a team, their personalities and the thrill of the hunt.

The pigs provide the excuse, however, for a self-confessed ''meataholic''; plenty of pork also finds its way into the chiller.
