Police are asking for information after a man was spotted masturbating in a Dunedin cemetery yesterday.

Senior Sergeant Craig Dinnissen said the Maori man, aged between 18 and 20, was seen at the Northern Cemetery at 4.30pm.

He was wearing a bright red jacket, black shorts, and had long hair.

Anyone with information should contact police.
