Prof Brian Dolan, of the Canterbury District Health Board, presents a workshop to Southern District Health Board staff in Dunedin's Hutton Theatre yesterday.
Prof Dolan introduced about 75 SDHB staff to a new programme which aims to value patient time and improve their experience. Prof Dolan is director of service improvement at CDHB, and he works with health organisations undertaking leadership and culture change.
