The Octagon is starting to fill and the atmosphere is ramping up ahead of the second Bledisloe Cup test in Dunedin tonight.
Dozens of fans have started gathering at the bars and restaurants in the central city ahead of the 7.35pm kick-off.
Smatterings of Australian fans are out and about, and in a jubilant mood.
However, their predictions of tonight's result are far more grim.
"I'm hoping we will only lose by 10 or so," Jason McCulloch said.
Brendan and Paul Sinclair, both of Sydney, have even more grim expectations for the Wallabies.
"The ABs will get us by 12," Brendan said.
"I think it will be 40," Paul predicted.
Many of the Australians are in Dunedin for their first test or visit and are loving the city's vibe.
"We love it," Brendan said.
"This is fantastic.
"It's nice to see kids playing rugby. They don't play it in Australia. It's a non-event for them and there's no money spent on it."
Paul added: "This is my first time in Dunedin. We come over every year for 12 years [for the Bledisloe Cup] and we haven't come back with any success and we aren't expecting any tonight.
"But it's great.
"Onwards and sideways."
The Australian contingent were excited about experiencing rugby in the close-to-the-action, covered Forsyth Barr Stadium.
Strangely enough the biggest vote of confidence in the Wallabies came from a Kiwi.
Teenager Josh Moore, of Christchurch, said he expected the All Blacks to go home winners 21-15 - a margin of five points.
It's a bold call considering the TAB is only paying $1.16 for the All Blacks to take the game by 13 points or more.
