A fire in a Brockville conservatory, which started when nobody was home, was quickly extinguished by emergency services.
Three fire trucks were called to McDonald St about 2.20pm yesterday, after a neighbour reported a house fire.
Dunedin City Senior Station Officer Simon Smith said the small fire in the conservatory was brought under control quickly, but its cause was not yet known.
Nobody was at home and the house was checked for spread of fire and smoke damage, he said. — Allied Media
