Property developer Ian Lisk, who has upgraded the property over the past five years, said the last of the 12 luxury apartments were completed about four months ago.
They are now for sale as a block, rather than individually, along with the adjacent building, which houses two businesses.
The whole property, which includes a restaurant, bar and private function room, was put on the market last year, but later removed, Mr Lisk said.
He did not rule out selling the bar-restaurant and function room part of the complex, but at this stage the focus was on selling the apartments.
All but three of the apartments, which are used for short stays, have been let.
The rateable value of the whole complex is $3.33 million, but Mr Lisk said the current valuation was double that.
He was not prepared to name an asking price, saying he was open to offers.
Mr Lisk said he was selling the property, along with some of his other business interests, because he and his family were seeking a quieter lifestyle.
