Police monitored a funeral for a member of the Mongrel Mob in South Dunedin yesterday.
A police spokeswoman said they were aware of a tangi taking place in Andersons Bay Rd and had staff in the area monitoring it.
Police said there were no major issues raised regarding the group.
Officers were aware of a small number of complaints around parking and driving behaviour which would be assessed accordingly, she said.
The funeral was for Muru Taana (35), who died on March 27.
