The 38 sections, of 2000sq m or larger, were not yet being marketed, agent Russell Lundy, of Southern Wide Real Estate said.
The sections were scheduled to go on sale on February 1.
Willowridge Developments director Allan Dippie said the sections would be priced about $175,000.
Overall, about 125 housing sections would be created by the development.
About 38 more sections were to be completed in 2015 as part of stage four.
