Police have charged a 25-year-old man with murder, over a death at a south Auckland caravan park.
Stephen John Knibb, 66, was found dead at the Ramarama Caravan park on Ararimu Road on Monday.
A scene examination and post-mortem examination were carried out yesterday.
The 25-year-old man was arrested in the early hours of this morning and charged with murder.
He will appear in Pukekohe District Court today.
Police said Mr Knibb was at the Country Inn pub on the Friday evening before his death.
They have appealed for anyone who saw him that evening to call police with the information.
