Netflix bowed out of the Warner Bros. Discovery sweepstakes yesterday, conceding the prize to Paramount Skydance.
The reversal came after Warner Bros. Discovery announced Paramount’s revised bid had topped Netflix’s offer.
Netflix was given four business days to submit a higher offer but yesterday announced that it had no intention to raise its bid. — TCA
