Three men charged jointly with murder following the "gruesome" death of a 23-year-old man at Blueskin Bay estuary, Warrington, have been given registrar's adjournments and granted interim name suppression.
The three men, all of Dunedin, are charged jointly with murdering James Mathew Ellis, on Friday.
Two of the men, aged 17 and 25, were remanded in custody by consent, the 17-year-old to May 3 and the 25-year-old to June 14.
The third man (47) was granted bail with strict conditions and remanded to May 3.
