Regrowth at former Carisbrook site

Construction workers drive piles into the ground to support the floor of the new PlaceMakers building at the former Carisbrook site.

PlaceMakers Dunedin branch operator Justin Macready said the build was going well and it was planning to open the store in about June or July next year.

The Dunedin City Council sold the site to Calder Stewart in 2013 and demolition of the old stadium was completed in 2014.
