Kaikorai caused the upset in Dunedin premier club rugby today when it beat Dunedin 34-32 in a closely fought game at Kettle Park.
First five-eighth Cam Rutherford was the hero for Kaikorai and kicked six goals and scored 14 points.
The return of Otago representative Jayden Spence stiffened up the Kaikorai backline and Matt Te Tana was an efficient halfback.
