The members were sworn in at a board meeting on Thursday. Mr Read, who does not live in the area but has a holiday house there, was the only new face on the board.

As only three nominations were received for the four seats, a by-election will be held.

Nominations open on November 18 and close on December 16. Voting documents will be delivered on January 20 and voting closes on February 11.
