There has been one appeal made to the Central Otago District Council’s proposed plan change involving the proposed Parkburn development.
The Central Otago District Council received a late appeal from Pisa Village Development Ltd, on the final day of the appeal period.
The appeal centred on two pieces of land owned by the appellant which are impacted by the plan change decision. Fulton Hogan want to develop the Parkburn site, now a quarry site, into a residential/retail development.
No date has been set for the appeal to be heard.
