Motorcyclist seriously injured in Moa Creek crash

A motorcyclist has been airlifted to hospital with serious injuries after a crash in Central Otago.

Police said they were called to the single-vehicle crash near the intersection of Webster Lane and Old Dunstan Rd, Moa Creek, about 11.40am today.

St John confirmed in a media alert the rider was taken to Dunedin Hospital in a serious condition.

This was about 20 minutes after police responded to a serious crash on State Highway 85, near Kyeburn, which involved a motorcycle and ute.
