Power was out to about 1300 properties in Ettrick, Millers Flat and the surrounding areas today.
The power was cut at about 11.50am and restored at about 1pm.
Aurora Energy reported that a total of 1300 properties were affected.
The power company says a response crew is still investigating the reason for the outage.
