A decision on whether a small wind farm will be built on one of Clutha's highest points has again been delayed.
Christchurch-based NZ Windfarms Ltd had filed a resource consent application with the Clutha District Council for a nine-turbine development on Mt Stuart, between Milton and Lawrence, but last month asked the council to put that bid on hold for a month while it considered a possible response to the 14 submissions received.
When contacted yesterday, NZ Windfarms Ltd chief executive Steve Cross said he had yet to make a decision on its next move.
All but one of the submissions opposed the company's plans and came from neighbours, with TrustPower in support.
