Jasmine Josland, of Christchurch, brings her alter ego to Dux de Lux on Friday, December 10. The free gig is the second of eight South Island shows on her Hot Sun Holiday tour this month.
The singer-songwriter-guitarist will be playing tunes from her EP Playing with the Knowledge, after performing in South Korea, the south of France and Italy.
The artist said it was time to perform in the country she calls home, sweet home.
The tour was named after the first song she wrote for the EP, following the sun around the world and for the "crazy colourful" music video shot in South Korea.
Inspired by the likes of Bon Jovi, Blondie and Led Zeppelin, Jazzy J said she was determined to take New Zealand music to the world and was pumped to be doing her first tour here.
