Queenstown police are investigating a stabbing at the Glenorchy Holiday Park yesterday, Detective Sergeant Grahme Bartlett said.
Two Southland men, aged 27 and 28, were using the communal kitchen when there was an argument about 2.50am with a 53-year-old Englishman.
"During a confrontation between these persons, one of the males who had been in the communal kitchen received two knife wounds, one to the chest area and one to the side of his stomach," Det Sgt Bartlett said.
A 27-year-old man was taken to Dunedin Hospital.
A man was restrained until police arrived. No charges have been laid.
