"I would like to nominate Kerrie — one of the activities team at Clutha Views for years — she goes over and above with her care of the elderly residents," Pauline Soper said.
Mrs Stark has been at the retirement home for 20 years and loves her job.
"My favourite part might be when we go out in the van," Mrs Stark said.
"We went up Hillend to the windmills to look at all the fallen trees and storm damage and it was lovely to hear the men saying ‘the grass is looking good’ and ‘the lambs are nice and fat’ ... it sparks memories and you hear beautiful stories. It’s just lovely.
"I think this will be Christmas dinner — I have a son-in-law who loves lamb," she said.
