Teen faces arson charge

A 17-year-old male charged with the arson of the hockey turf in Invercargill appeared before Judge Bernadette Farnan in the Youth Court at Invercargill yesterday.

He was charged with intentionally damaging shipping containers and hockey turf by fire at Invercargill on February 17.

His next appearance will be on April 21.
