Two-car crash causes delays

Two people suffered minor injuries in a two-car crash on the Wanaka-Luggate Highway yesterday afternoon, in which a van ended up on its side in a paddock.

Police, fire and ambulance personnel attended the scene at the Cardrona River Bridge at 3.15pm and closed the highway for a short

time.

St John spokesman Gerard Campbell said two people were taken to the Wanaka Lakes Health Centre for treatment.
