Wyndham preserved their unbeaten record, winning 28-19 on home ground against near neighbours Edendale.
Waikiwi beat Albion 47-12 at the Gore Showgrounds, while the Waikaka-Riversdale Vikings beat Tokanui 28-19 at Waikaka.
Tokanui are yet to register a win this season.
Riverton has now won four of their first five games after a 23-20 win on their home ground against Pioneer.
Riverton has a good chance to earn their fifth win when they play at Tokanui on Saturday.
Pioneer is set for a tough game against Edendale in Gore, while Albion will host the Vikings across town at the showgrounds.
Waikiwi has the hardest task on Saturday of beating Wyndham at Donovan Park.
The premier grade resumes with Pirates Old Boys taking on Woodlands at Surrey Park.
Star and Marist are playing at Waverley Park while Blues will host the unbeaten Eastern Northern Barbarians.
