Stewart Quertier, of Knapdale (left) finished his Ford V8-powered Special in time for the Leitch Motorsport Classic Speedfest at Invercargill’s Teretonga Raceway in February, 2006.
He entered two of his cars for racing in the Teretonga 50th anniversary celebrations, including the 1955 Ford V8 Stuart Special, to be driven by son Mark.
