The Gore Model Train Engineering Club will be hosting their Midwinter Run this weekend, promising a great afternoon of fun.
From 11am-2pm, the club will be hosting runs on their various trains for only $2 a-pop, inviting families and enthusiasts to give it a go.
The club has been running since 1988 and member Rhonda Wilson was now at the helm.
She was excited for another successful event, "it’s always fun, it’s really popular", she said.
For those looking to take part, Mrs Wilson said the club was always looking for more to join their ranks, especially for events like the midwinter run.
Volunteers and members could get in contact with her, with everyone welcome to join the ranks of the long-running club.
