North Harbour's Mike Hendry will take a four-shot lead into the final round of the Brian Perry Classic pro-am golf tournament at the Hamilton Golf Club tomorrow.
Hendry shot a second round 67 on the Ngaruawahia course today for a two-round total of 136. Hamish Robertson made his move on the Hamilton course, adding a 67 to his earlier 72 to be in second place on 139.
There is a five-way tie on 140 involving David Smail (70 68), Dale Clarke (70 69), Gareth Paddison (73 67), Troy Ropiha (68 72) and Andrew Searle (69 71).
The tournament concludes tomorrow when the 66 professionals will be seeded into 22 groups of three.
