St Clair had a busy weekend, playing Otago A on Saturday and Otago B yesterday, at Balmacewen.
A win and a draw respectively were sufficient to claim a home final, despite having a bye in the final round next weekend.
St Clair beat Otago A 3.5 to 2.5 and posted a 3-3 draw with Otago B to finish the series with five wins and two draws, with a 29-game tally from eight outings.

Luke Murdoch beat Stephen Hitchcox, while at No 6, Murray Edgar gave Otago A its second win, over Paul Brouwer.
In Oamaru, Otago B posted some convincing margins and Brandon Hodgson's 2-up win over Gary Creedy was the only match to go the full distance.
Paul Velenski posted North Otago's only win, at the expense of Otago B captain Michael Smith, playing at No 5.
Yesterday's catch-up match, due to an earlier course closure, was an even battle. Smith was one up on Tony Giles playing the final hole and won the 18th for 2-up to tie the fixture.
