A fascinating final day at the NZ Open looms after some low scoring today at Millbrook, near Arrowtown.

Overnight leader Joohyung Kim and Australian Lucas Herbert are at the top of the leaderboard after three rounds, sitting on 15 under. Kim hit a four under 67 while Herbert hit a six under 65 today.

But there are plenty of chasers right in behind.

Australian Brad Kennedy sits two shots behind on 13 under while United States golfer Chan Kim and Australian Nick Flanaghan are both on 12 under.

The best New Zealanders are Michael Hendry and Harry Bateman, who are both on 11 under, having both scored four under 67s.

Major champion Geoff Ogilvy scored a 66 yesterday and sits on six under.

There are 11 golfers who are within 5 shots of the lead.

Fine weather is forecast for tomorrow.
