They face Jamaica in Nottingham this morning, just three days after sweeping aside England 64-48 in the Nations Cup opener.
The Silver Ferns are now well and truly back on track after their poor 2018.
However, they are yet to have had an opportunity to snap a three-match losing streak against Jamaica.
The two sides did not meet last year, as the Ferns overhauled Australia and England to win the World Cup.

Indeed, they have not met since the 60-55 loss which denied New Zealand a bronze medal at the Gold Coast Commonwealth Games.
The two matches before that ,the Sunshine Girls claimed handy wins in Auckland.
Jamaica secured a 59-54 win over South Africa in its Nations Cup opener.
However, New Zealand should enter this one as favourite.
It will be on the defensive end the Ferns will have their toughest assignment this time around.
Former Southern Steel goal shoot Jhaniele Fowler remains a dominant figure and has been the leading goal-scorer in Australia’s Super Netball for the past two years.
Slowing her down, or stopping the ball before it gets to her, will be key for the Silver Ferns.
‘‘The difficult thing for us against Jamaica is they've got the elevation game,’’ coach Noeline Taurua told the New Zealand Herald.
‘‘The pressure we put on outside has to be huge otherwise they're going to bomb it in.
‘‘There's things we did really well [against England] which I know will combat them but it's a totally different game.’’
The Ferns covered well for the loss of their most experienced quartet as well.
Maia Wilson stepped into Maria Folau’s goal shoot bib and delivered an impressive display, knocking down 27 of her 29 attempts.
Likewise Shannon Saunders slotted into the starting seven and was outstanding at both centre and wing attack.
The game begins at 6.30am.
