Choise Achiever continued his preparation for the Hororata Cup tomorrow week with a workout win at Ashburton yesterday.
He won by two and a-half lengths from Bettor's Strike in 3.06 for 2400m, the last 800m in 55.2.
Choise Achiever has not raced since he won the Pelorus Classic at Waterlea on January 16, his sixth win on end.
Amazing Art won over 2400m (mobile) in 3.00.8, home in 56.9.
He has not raced since December 31.
Mr Feelgood won a 1660m trial in a 1.53.6 mile rate at Albion Park on Tuesday.
The last-start winner of the Victoria Cup on December 18, Mr Feelgood is preparing for the Inter-dominion with racing in Queensland.
