The penalty was handed down by Prof Geoff Hall, of Dunedin and Phil Welch, of Blenheim, representing the Judicial Control Authority for racing.
They found in March the drug charge relating to her positive urine test to methamphetamine on May 7, 2005 to be proved.
The disqualification will begin on June 25 so she can make arrangements for horses being trained on her property.
The costs figure is a 50% estimate of costs incurred.
The costs will be divided on a proportional basis between New Zealand Thoroughbred Racing legal costs and disbursements and the JCA costs.

He will also miss the rides on Come On Jimmy (race 1), and Daatldomee (race 3) tomorrow.
Eyes On The Kash ran fourth over 1200m at Oamaru last Sunday in her first race for three and a-half months.
She won a 1400m maiden race on a slow track at Oamaru last July.

Butt has driven eight winners in his first season as a reinsman.
