The first semifinal is a carbon copy of a match played last weekend as Clutha host Toko.
Clutha have led from the front all season and were crowned minor premiers a few weeks ago.
Toko have also been a regular feature inside the top four all season and only slipped down to fourth last weekend, courtesy of Crescent picking up a losing bonus point.
The teams have met twice this season with Clutha winning both games.
Neither clash was one-sided, and Toko will fancy their chances against a strong opposition.
Clutha have been notoriously slow starting this season but have more than made up for it in the latter stages of games thanks to their superior depth and fitness.
Toko will need to start quickly and keep the foot on the throat for the full 80 minutes.
Both sides are at near full capacity with two strong starting teams expected to be named.
Outram is the venue for the second semifinal as West Taieri host Crescent.
The sides have one win each against the other this season and are formidable rivals.
West Taieri beat Crescent by two points in round one, and Crescent did a slightly better job by beating West Taieri by 10 in the corresponding fixture at Kai.
West Taieri have made the Pig Pen in Outram a bit of a fortress, but the team who have had the most success there are Crescent.
An intriguing battle of the boots will have both sides looking to gain the territorial advantage.
West Taieri’s Callum Smeaton is well known for his talented punting. Crescent young gun Kairus Booth is equally as capable, and their battle will be fascinating to watch.
In the bottom four semifinals, Heriot host Lawrence, and Clutha Valley host Owaka.
