The sloppy and ill-disciplined Force were in the contest at 10-6 after 30 minutes but allowed the Sharks to score four quick tries around halftime and run in 43 consecutive points at one stage on their way to an easy win.
The Perth side's fifth consecutive loss left them bottom of the Australian conference with just 18 points from 11 games but gave the South African outfit's playoff hopes a critical boost.
The Force were again frustrated by a lop-sided 17-11 penalty count, while Lachlan McCaffrey received a late yellow card. But the Force's poor defence proved much more costly as the Sharks secured the bonus point by running in seven tries, led by Lwazi Mvovo's double.
David Harvey's fifth-minute penalty goal gave the visitors the lead but that proved short lived, with Steven Sykes crossing for the opening try soon after and Paul Jordaan adding another before the break.
Even the loss of playmaker Patrick Lambie following a heavy knock did nothing to slow the Sharks as Louis Ludik crossed the line before Mvovo scored two in five minutes in near-identical fashion.
Twice the explosive winger pinched the ball inside his own half and won the footrace to the other end, but the second proved controversial as referee Mark Lawrence had been playing advantage to the Force at the time.
Late five-pointers to Craig Burden, who was yellow-carded for a trip two minutes from the end, and Jacques Botes capped off an incredible Sharks performance.
But Sam Wara scored in the corner with just seconds left to spare some humiliation for the Force.
