When and where did you meet?
Dunedin while I was studying, Shea was from Dunedin I was from Auckland
The proposal
We were leaving to go away to Auckland to see my family for my birthday and as we were just about to leave he said to me "you forgot to pack something" and I turned around and he was on one knee!
When and where was the wedding?
We got married at Grandview Gardens in Outram on Saturday 26th March 2016
Why did you choose the venue?
We chose the venue because we loved everything about it, it is so well put together and Jo the owner/operater out there is truely amazing at what she does and she made the whole process a breeze!
The dresses and suits
I got my dress from Bridal Brilliance in Auckland it was a simple flowy dress with thick straps and I had a matching shrug. Shea and the boys wore Navy Blue suits from Ace suit hire with dark brown shoes
The caterers
We had catering from Just Essence, I couldn't fault them they did a fantastic job, simple and delicious
Highlight of the day
There was two highlights, walking down the aisle as Mr and Mrs and everyone threw rose petals over us and when we got every single person on the dance floor singing our lungs out to you are the voice by Johnny Farnham
