Tamara Dytor (33) policy analyst and Stuart Davie (59) prison director, from Invercargill.

Where did you meet?

In prison... we were working together!

The proposal

I was heading to the Solomon Islands to volunteer and Stu said "Let's get you something to show you are off the market" and bought me a ring. It wasn't until the next day that I had actually realised that he had proposed. Lucky I was always going to say yes!

Where was the wedding?

Earnslaw Burn Glacier (Queenstown).

Why did you choose the venue?

New Zealand has scenery to rival anywhere in the world, we wanted to go somewhere we wouldn't usually have the chance to.

Guests

It was just the two of us and close family.

The caterer

We headed out to the Gibbston Valley for a meal after the ceremony. It was all very low key.

Highlight of the day

Having lunch with all of the family and knowing that I'd locked it in with my perfect match.
