Travel business Tasty Tours, which operates under The Travel Brokers brand, entered the American Airlines-sponsored Best Broker category which was looking at businesses demonstrating growth, passion and dedication to meeting industry best practice.
After going through a panel interview in August, Ms Mallon was "thrilled" on presentation night when it was revealed she had won.
Prior to that win the Tasty Tours team, including Jenny Galliven and Lauren Macshane, won the top sales award at The Travel Brokers annual awards evening, held in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
Another accolade this year for Ms Mallon was her inclusion on a Supertour trip to Mexico, organised by the Globus Family of Brands to recognise top Australasian agents.
She was also in the top three finalists for the CLIA Cruise Lines International Association’s Broker of the Year award, recognising top travel industry performers across Australasia.
