Dame's advice to enjoy experience

Former Silver Ferns netball coach Dame Lois Muir offers some words of advice during the "Captain's Run" - a three-hour briefing and training session for about 300 volunteers and officials at Forsyth Barr Stadium yesterday.

Those gathered included ball boys, volunteers, the match manager, Rugby World Cup staff, venue staff and staff from the Otago Rugby Football Union. Dame Lois said she too was a volunteer for the city during the games, and it was important for volunteers to: "Have fun. Enjoy every moment. We are making history."
