Care for a cuddle with your cappuccino?

SuchCrowd events adviser Vee Rani said 125 lucky people would get to experience its first ‘‘pop-up kitten cafe'' in Dunedin on Saturday.

The function centre at Purple Rain Retro Cafe in Princes St would be a ‘‘pet friendly cafe'' for the sell-out event for five hours from 11am.

‘‘I'm really excited about it,'' Ms Rani said.

For the ticket price, people got a hot drink, and ‘‘25 minutes of cuddle time'' with a fluffy animal, including kittens and possibly rabbits and puppies.

The animals would be provided by Animal Rescue Network New Zealand.

People could not bring their own pets.
