The demolition of a dangerous and dilapidated building in Princes St is nearly complete.
After a short delay, Scope Group began the demolition in late October last year and it was expected to take about 10 weeks to complete.
Plans for the development of the Dunedin site by owner Totara-Dunedin Properties have not yet been confirmed.
The demolition follows a failed 15-year fight by heritage supporters to preserve the historic facades
