Academy owner and principal Catherine Densham said for most of the group, it was their first time performing on stage.
The routine was part of the academy’s demonstration concert, which took a lot of work to organise.
"It’s very much worthwhile when you just see how excited the kids are to be on the stage.
They get their makeup on and they're just buzzing with excitement."
About 60 people part in total, ranging from 2-year-olds to those in their 50s.
It was their chance to share what they had been working on with friends and family in a fun and encouraging environment.
"It was fabulous — it went really, really well."
