Montessori at Mosgiel manager Lynlee Gallagher said the recipes in its book Fresh were contributed by the parents of pupils.
A lot of work had gone into putting the 200 page book together.
Each recipe had been made and photographed, Ms Gallagher said.
All the dishes were ''family favourites'' and the book had a comprehensive range of dishes, with everything from nibbles to mains and baking.
Money raised from sales of the book would be used to pay for professional development for its teachers.
People can buy the book at the Montessori, at 65 Murray St.
