No serious injuries in weekend incidents

A pedestrian received only minor injuries and did not require medical attention after being hit by a car at the intersection of  Bay View Rd and King Edward St, South Dunedin, at 6.30am on Saturday, a police spokeswoman said.

No-one was seriously hurt when two cars collided at the intersection of Wansbeck and Tyne Sts, Oamaru, at 3.19pm on Saturday.

• No-one was seriously hurt when a car with four occupants rolled on State Highway 94 about 10km north of Te Anau at 10.17am on Saturday. Injuries were understood to be minor.

• A two-car crash near the intersection of Highgate and Passmore Cres, Dunedin, at 3.56pm on Saturday resulted in  minor injuries, emergency services said.
