Three people have been taken to Dunedin Hospital by ambulance, following a two-car collision on Three Mile Hill.
Emergency services were called to the crash about 5pm.
A Police spokesman said a vehicle travelling down the hill slid and collided with a vehicle travelling in the opposite direction. It then spun and ended up down a bank.
He said the two occupants of the vehicle down the bank received minor injuries and were taken to Dunedin Hospital as a precaution.
However, the driver of the other vehicle received moderate chest injuries.
"None of them are considered life threatening injuries,'' he said.
