As a non smoker when will the Government wake up and understand that putting the prices of Cigarettes is just creating a black market for them and making those who can't really afford them suffer. My partner is a smoker and is now spending equal too or more than our weekly house hold shopping bill just on Cigarettes, My Partner just doesn't get it, where is the support, they know they need to stop but can't.
Where does the tax come from when nobody smokes? Fuel, Sugar, Water, Oxygen?
Get real. Stop smoking and stop blaming.
That guy kow exactly where the ciggs were kept. No hesitation - around the drinks and under the counter. Previous customer?
