A Royal New Zealand Air Force P-8A Poseidon (No 5 Squadron) buzzes over the Dunedin RSA (square grey building, centre left) following their Anzac Day service yesterday.
According to real-time flight tracker flightradar24, the Poseidon left RNZAF Ohakea Air Base, near Bulls, at 8.16am yesterday, and flew past several centres in the South Island, including Nelson, Christchurch, Timaru, Oamaru and Dunedin, before returning to Ohakea, landing just after 1pm.
The fly-past was one of several conducted by RNZAF squadrons yesterday to commemorate Anzac Day.
