Police have released the name of the man who was killed in a crash south of Ashburton on Friday.
Police said Raymond Douglas Harraway (79), of Hamstead, died when the truck he was driving crashed and rolled off a bridge.
Emergency services were called to the crash scene Maronan Rd, Lismore, southwest of Ashburton at 5.45pm.
The investigation into the crash continues.
