Counties Manukau police are investigating the suspicious death of a man at a rural Franklin property overnight.
Detective Senior Sergeant Al Symonds said the occupants of the Ramarama property are assisting police with their enquiries and no one else is being sought in relation to the death.
Police are working to establish the identity of the deceased.
